We've got our version of that cold this morning, too. Keep warm!

Everything is a challenge! My mind goes to other things and I eat without even realizing I've eaten! Not all the time...but every so often! lol Hugs!

Falling cheerio.
Winter cold.
Warm heart…

Hah - I manage to miss my mouth more than I care to admit. Could be because my attention is often focused elsewhere and I'm eating just for the sake of getting it done. I should learn to practice more mindfulness throughout the process...obviously.
It's currently - 27C here (which is around -16 F). Brrrr-ish, but clear.

It is now -1°F.
Stay warm!

Enjoyed all your blog bird photos today
I nearly missed with spoonful of Cheerios this morning while watching TV. lol
Stay safe

Salty Pumpkin Studio said...

That's a lovely way to think of it.
I am hesitating going outdoors. :)

The weather radar shows all the cold here is streaming down from Canada's Artic region. Hello neighbor! :)

Do you eat your Cheerios without milk? I DO! Very cold here this morning, 7 degrees but felt like -1. But two days ago it was in the high 50's, felt and the air smelled of Spring. We need MORE snow - desperately!

Salty Pumpkin Studio said...

I hope your area gets the snowfall it needs.
The wind chill here today is quite bad. Wind pants time.

Dry cereal is a yes unless I'm having Trix. :)

I haven't had cheerios in years.

I fed some dry cheerios to my 1 year old granddaughter and only a few made it to her mouth. The rest were flung onto the floor where her 2.5 year old sister picked them up. Crazy but fun times.
Stay cozy and warm!

Salty Pumpkin Studio said...

Yes, there are, Carol.

Salty Pumpkin Studio said...

Sharing with her sister is cute. Makes me laugh.
Have a fun week-end!

CHEERIOS! - it's the only cereal I ate growing up - well, that and Corn Flakes. I still love Cheerios today. So good for you.
Yikes, below 2 degrees! I didn't realize Vermont got that cold. I do hope you are alright with the freezing temps.

Do you know!
I can't ever remember eating Cheerios.

All the best Jan

Freezing temps aren't a favorite time of year, but appreciated for what the do, for whatever it is they do for the Earth. :)
Shredded Wheat was the cereal I grew up with that I miss most. Not easy to digest anymore.

Salty Pumpkin Studio said...

Wow! How does that happen!? lol
I've never had a smores. 🙂
