Thanksgiving is a day of Freedom from diet and anxiety! No watching what I eat because I have to go out. That's what its like living with fibromylagia, IBS, acute anxiety...always preparing just in case. I can celebrate a holiday free from the pain of anxiety. It doesn't always happen but when it does, its as big a cause to celebrate than any gathering or outing. Being positive, keeping your spirits up during the holidays makes them easier to get through.
Time to dip into the real Cool Whip. No lite stuff around here today!
