Happy Thanksgiving!

Pumpkin pie at 3 AM
Chips and soda for breakfast*
Pumpkin pie with whip cream for lunch
Kielbasa with lots of sauteed onions and wilted spinach for snack
Thanksgiving is a day of Freedom from diet and anxiety! No watching what I eat because I have to go out. That's what its like living with fibromylagia, IBS, acute anxiety...always preparing just in case. I can celebrate a holiday free from the pain of anxiety. It doesn't always happen but when it does, its as big a cause to celebrate than any gathering or outing. Being positive, keeping your spirits up during the holidays makes them easier to get through.
Time to dip into the real Cool Whip. No lite stuff around here today!

*Caution...you might find yourself craving a green salad at lunch time

  2. Hi Tabor,
    Happy Thanksgiving!
Planning next year's holiday is time well spent. I don't recommend using the using Amtrak website as they don't make connections well on long distance travel. Most websites are about air flight. I think travel agents are the way to go.

  4. I'm late to the party, but wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving...so now I'll wish you a Happy Day After Thanksgiving as well! Looks like the snow has stuck around up there just like down here. So cold! Some of the goats are wearing their teddybear outfits :)
