Old Apples and the Buds of Spring

Cedar Waxwing in a Crab Apple Tree

P.S. A new poem is posted

  1. Wow! You've gotten some wonderful photos! I just love those birds-we have lots of them here. They seem like very timid birds, and stay in little flocks to eat. I like to hear the sounds they make when they're in the eating flocks-it's little noises to let the group know everything's alright.

    1. Hi Debra,
I hope you are enjoying you spring season.
Thank you. I sat in the car taking pictures. I know if I move too fast or make a noise, they fly away. This time, a few of them stayed.

  2. Ohhhhhhhhhhh WOW - I LOVE these shots of this beautiful bird!!!! XOXO

    1. Hi Tanya,
