Eastern Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly

FujiFilm FinePix F80 EXR zoom at about 12x
Many clicks and prayers later, I photograph an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly on a neighbors geraniums.

The Eastern Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly later flew a couple of feet right over me. I believe this one is a male according to the Wikipedia article photos.

There's something about the fluttering wings that makes it difficult for me to get the camera where it should be. Point and shoot practice is much needed.

    1. Hi Dee,
      Thank you
It took a lot of clicks to get only a few worth saving.
Its strange this year the Monarch butterflies aren't around yet, but the Swallowtail are.
